The fractal work manifesto has been produced to communicate the 18 Tenets that characterise a Fractal organisation. The document is not fixed and firm and will change over time, so as to incorporate improvements.
The manifesto is designed to act as an entry point (port) into the world of Fractal organisations and to demonstrate how they are easily scalable into larger organisations given an adopted common intent of the individuals that make up the organisation.
The manifesto highlights the essence of the Fractal organisational model and its role in providing a platform for individual self expression within the constraints of business reality.
At the heart of the manifesto lies six essential tenets:
- Virtual Company Framework
- Resources Stewardship
- Agreed Common Rule Set
- Transaction via Formal Contract
