The fractal work manifesto has been produced to communicate the tenets that characterise a Fractal Organisation. The document is a template designed to be amended by a sovereign human being to meet their individual values and context.
“My Manifesto” supports a “bottom up” approach to organisational design. There is no group or “top down” manifesto.
The manifesto is designed to act as an entry point (port) into the world of Fractal Organisations to allow for the diversity required to make up a successful Fractal Organisation
The manifesto highlights the essence of a Fractal organisational model and its role in providing a platform for individual self-expression within the constraints of business reality.

Fractals are patterns that are similar across different scales. They are created by repeating a simple process over and over again. The fractal business model creates a company, out of smaller companies, which in turn is made out of smaller companies and so the pattern continues.
