The much awaited new book is now published and is available within the book section of this website. The book is a description of the journey to transform a traditional hierarchical and functional “Top Down” organisation into new design of Organisation based on a “Bottom up” Self-leading approach.

The story is about the struggle to recognise that it was their Organisational Model that was broken and not the People that were in it. No amount of Patching using tools like Lean and Agile made any difference. They had a “page 37” moment when they, in the face of utter despair and almost certain failure, did not gave up but rather started to address their disease (disengagement) and not its symptoms.

Productivity was transformed by 500% as people engaged in their work and saw the benefits of their engagement.
